1 R Holmes, Notts AA, Peg Island 1; 32-0-0 With the lower temperatures and ice on lakes weights have been down on previous weeks. Roger Holmes did however find some carp willing to feed from Island 1. Roger fished pellet on pole for carp to 6lb
2 P Schoof, Hallcroft, Peg Outer 10; 10-12-0 Paul also caught some carp fishing pole with maggot and corn
3 D Farr, Sheffield, Peg Outer 49; 10-2-0 Dave fished bomb with hair rigged corn for his carp.

1 D Wickens, Retford, Peg Island 8; 10-2-0 With the aerators keeping some of the ice off bridge pool conditions were tough for this latest veterans open. Dave Wickens managed a solitary carp of double figures on bomb and corn for the victory.
2 K Pacey, Gainsborough, Peg Island 3; 7-12-0 Ken Pacey fished waggler with maggot for his mixed net catch.
3 S Richards, Peg One Angling, Peg Outer 16; 5-4-0 Steve fished pole with caster for his silver fish net
4 P Bagshaw, Barnsley Blacks, 4-14-0
5 A Payling, Peg One, 3-0-0

Moat/Bridge Pool (32 pegs)

1st G Mumby, Maver Select, 13-6-0, peg m outer 26In difficult condition, Gary Mumby continued his good form in this year’s league with a net of nearly all roach. Gary battled the wind to fish 12m on the pole using bloodworm and joker.
2nd B Holmes, Fox Trentmen, 10-14-0; peg m outer 35 Ben Holmes opted to fish a small feeder all match with maggots and pinkies to catch skimmers and the odd crucian for second place overall.
3rd J Mason, Maver Marukyu, 10-8-0; peg b outer 37Jamie Mason fished the pole with bloodworm and joker to catch roach and perch fora close third.
4th S Clark, Sensas Mansfield, 10-0-0
5th S Richards, Mansfield, 9-13-0;Winning Team on The Day – Maver Select

Croft/Canal (15 pegs)1st M Edgecombe, MAP Leegem, 50-0-0; Canal 10 Mal Edgecombe was today’s winner with a nice net of small carp taken on the pole using pellet and corn.
2nd J Skipper, Gainsborough, 30-12-0; peg Canal 2 Jason Skipper took second spot fish a bomb with corn to the far side.
3rd J Barningham, Hallcroft, 23-12-0; peg Croft 6 John Birmingham fished expanded pellet on the pole at 11m and caught small carp for third.
4th P Wright, MAP Leegem, 22-14-0;
