Craig fished a ground bait feeder cast to the island and the pole short at 6m both with maggot; it wasn’t a bite a chuck! He had to wait a long time between bites landing just 25 carp between 6 and 10lb finishing with a good summer weight of 157lb 3oz. Nothing separated the next two Andy at peg 39 had 40 carp on the pole at 14m and pellet up in the water, and Nigel had 35 carp fishing the pole and maggot short at 6m.

Lee fished the pole and caster out at 6m from peg 46 for 22lb of skimmers and Ide and 54lb of carp on the pole and corn from the margins. In second place Dave fished the pole and caster at peg 41 for Ide and Skimmers +4 bonus carp -6lb
