With the opportunity to walk away as 2012 World Dab Fishing Champion, the World Dab Fishing Championships event is rapidly becoming the charity event of the year.

The open, in Kent, is organised by Dungeness Anglers Association and is an RNLI Fundraiser. Sponsored by TRONIXPRO and with the support of Total Sea Fishing, Boat Fishing and Sea Angler Magazines the emphasis is on a fun day with friendly competition and serious banter!

Families welcome.Last year Dungeness Anglers Association raised £2,500 and all of the £10 entry fee was donated to the RNLI.

There will also be a casting clinic and an auction with the opportunity through online bidding to fish the roving competition with a magazine star.
