A NEW web site aimed especially at those with an interest in fish, fishing, fisheries, and the aquatic environment has been launched.
The site, www.nafac.co.uk, is the latest initiative of the National Association of Fisheries and Angling Consultatives (NAFAC), the country’s leading organisation for local angling and fishery stakeholder groups.
Speaking at the launch, NAFAC National Council member, Dave Batten, who has been heavily involved in the site’s design and development said, ‘We have tried to demonstrate the many facets of NAFAC, from the national Consultative network, to establishing a relaxation in the rules governing the control of cormorants, the provision of an extensive range of advice sheets, through to providing extremely competitive insurance, to name but a few.’
Terry Mansbridge, NAFAC’s Executive Chairman added, ‘This as another step in the development of NAFAC and the services we offer. The newly designed site will provide a useful access and reference point for members and non members alike, and even at day one is proving extremely popular both within the U.K. and beyond.’
