FISHING REPORT

The fishery has been frozen over since the middle of last week and all the matches have gone ahead after breaking ice and therefore has been difficult. LITTLE GEARYS has responded best with nets to 35lb being caught on pole with maggot or expander pellet. On MOLANDS its just been the odd f1 caught but most anglers have caught silvers with maggot or pinkies. WILLOW has been ok with nets to 47lb with peg 5 the hot peg and always the last to freeze producing F1s,small carp and skimmers to pole with hard or expander pellet and maggots. On the river Blythe, Chub to 3lb have been caught on bread or maggot trotted under a float.
