13 year old Jack Preston of Solihull shared a boat on Cocks Close with his dad Jonathan and they caught six fish between them with Jack claiming the biggest at 5lb which fell to a Gold Head Damsel Nymph.  Rod Lacey of Nuneaton fished catch and release from a boat on Cocks Close and caught a 5½lb rainbow in an eight fish catch, all taken on black Buzzer fished on a floating line.  James Taylor of Birmingham also fished from a boat on Cocks Close and caught six fish to 4lb 8oz using small Buzzers.  On the bank, Steve Gowan of Knowle had a five fish limit to 3lb fishing orange Lure on an intermediate line.
On the members’ water Park Meadow, Alan Bowen of Birmingham caught seven fish on a combination of Nymphs and Buzzers fishing on floating line.  On the Great Pool, Andrew Moulder of Dorridge used a black and green Cats Whisker to catch eight fish including a 4lb brown and 4lb rainbow.
